Scope and controller
This information applies to the website’s public contact, academy, services and careers forms. The data controller is Catalònia Hoquei Club. You can contact us at club@cataloniahc.com.

Data and purposes
We process your name, email, message and, only if you provide it, phone number. We also record the policy version, date and consent choices needed to demonstrate your decision.
We use this data to manage and answer the enquiry, information request or job application you submit. If you select the separate communications option, we may also email you club news, activities and promotions.
Anti-abuse fields and completion time are used only to detect automated submissions. We do not make decisions with legal effects or create profiles.
Legal basis and optional fields
Your consent is the legal basis for answering the enquiry. Fraud prevention and service protection rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure.
Name, email, message and enquiry consent are required to submit the form. Phone and communications consent are optional. Refusing marketing never prevents us from answering your enquiry.
Recipients and transfers
Only authorised club staff and strictly necessary technical providers acting as processors may access the data. We do not sell your data.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will require a valid legal basis and applicable safeguards before enabling it.
Retention
Enquiry data is deleted when no longer needed and no later than two years after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation or claim requires minimal evidence to be kept.
Communications data is retained while consent remains valid and necessary. After withdrawal, messages stop and only the minimum evidence required by law is kept.
The current implementation does not store the enquiry or send email: the BFF creates only a redacted operational summary without the name, email address, phone number or message content.
Rights and withdrawal
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw either consent, by emailing club@cataloniahc.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been handled correctly.
